    Convective Thermal Dryer

    The Convective Thermal Dryer is a complete direct biosolids drying system that produces a 95% dry pelletized product and exceeds EPA 40 CFR Part 503 Class “A” requirements.

    Convective Thermal Dryer

    The Convective Thermal Dryer (CTD) is a complete direct biosolids drying system that produces a 90% dry pelletized product and exceeds EPA 40 CFR Part 503 Class “A” requirements.  Convective thermal drying can reduce power consumption to less than 1400 BTU/lb evaporated water.

    CTD Sub-Systems
    The system includes five main groups of equipment: Mixing, Drying, Air/Solids Separation, Air Treatment, Solids Classification.
