    J-Mate® Batch Dryer

    The J-Mate® batch drying system further dewaters cake solids with low temperature air.

    Batch Dryer

    With the J-Mate® low temperature batch drying system, you can:

    -Dry 5 ft3 to 37 ft3 of filter cake material in 24 hours. 
    -Dry organic material in your sludge that might smoke, ignite or smell when exposed to heat. 
    -Reduce cake weight by 66%. 
    -Dry in a closed system so emissions are virtually eliminated.
