Feed Water Booster Pumps 3530 and 3531 Series

Our feed water booster pumps close-coupled, single stage, end suction design is capable of being serviced without disturbing piping connections.

The pump casings are self venting, with a center line discharge design, and are fabricated of 304 stainless steel casing seal ring. The enclosed-type impeller is constructed of 304 stainless steel. It is dynamically balanced, keyed to the steel shaft and secured by a 304 stainless steel cap screw.

The liquid cavity is sealed off at the pump shaft by an internally flushed mechanical seal with stainless steel metal parts, Buna-N elastomers and carbon to ceramic faces, suitable for continuous operation at 225°F.

Features and Benefits

A replaceable, aluminum-bronze, shaft-sleeve completely covers the wetted area under the seal.
Pump motors meet NEMA specifications, and are totally enclosed fan cooled (TEFC), have heavy-duty grease-lubricated ball bearings, and are sized to be non-overloading over the entire pump range
Pumps are rated for 125 psi (175 psi for Series 3531 Pumps) working pressure
All casings have a drain tapping
