    Wallace & Tiernan® Direct View Flowmeter

    Wallace & Tiernan Direct View flowmeters are designed for accurate flow indication of mildly corrosive liquids or gases. The simple and direct operational design provides performance and reliability in a high capacity, low cost meter. With an optional flow switch, this meter is capable of high and/or low flow-rate switching.

    Direct View Flowmeter
    The Series 55-100 Direct-View flow meter consists of: a cast aluminum frame with corrosion--resistant finish. 316 SS female threaded end fittings are permanantly staked. Other parts are 3126 SS orifice bushings, borosilicate glass tube, knurled plastic retaining nut, front and rear polycarbonate tube shields and three same size "O" rings. The float has a tapered body, a circular guide, and an encapsulated weight. The weight can be replaced by a magnet for  flow switching.
