In all applications, our goal is to remove the majority of bulk contamination by hydraulic separation, therefore the use of our Brise pump technology is an integral component of the treatment process. Flow rates for flowback applications can range from 0.5 bpm to over 5.0 bpm. 

Using DGF technology in flowback and pipeline applications routinely saves at least 30 percent over traditional treatment approaches. Our equipment is fully operational, on fixed or floating platforms. In addition, we can semi-automate our flowback treatment system to accommodate “Personnel on Board” issues while reducing cost. 

We also provide mobile pipeline waste fluid treatment systems for either onshore or offshore applications. We have the expertise and experience to treat waste fluids on-site resulting from pipeline hydro test, flushing and pigging operations. Regardless of the stringency of your discharge permit, we can design a treatment system that ensures compliance with your NPDES permit.
