    Riser-Bro™ Retrofit for Circular Secondary Clarifiers

    Retrofit your riser pipe type clarifier with the Riser-Bro™ to achieve the benefits of a high performance sludge removal header while reducing costs.

    Riser-Bro™ Retrofit
    If your existing circular clarifiers are of the riser pipe or organ pipe type, consisting of V-plows and individual pipes to transport sludge to a sludge box at the clarifier center, Siemens offers an upgrade to improve clarifier performance.  The Riser-Bro™ retrofit will replace the existing plows and pipes with an engineered single riser duct and control device.  Additional components available for purchase include: drive units, enhanced skimming arrangements and energy dissipating baffle systems.  All components are engineered for superior performance and service life.
