Because traveling water screens often operate in a harsh environment, they need periodic maintenance. Water screens wear with use and require regular maintenance to avoid catastrophic failures.

Features and Benefits

We Have Our Own Service Dive Crews Who Are Experts
In May of 2005, our first intake service crew was established with full commercial dive capabilities. Having our own dive crew allows us to provide immediate response to your needs. We can mobilize within hours to address emergency situations. Due to high demand, a second dive crew was added in March of 2006, which was 1-1/2 years ahead of plan.

Crew inspections include a complete written report with Siemens Water Technologies recommendations that will include:
- Aftermarket Parts
- On-Site Rebuild with Parts
- Factory Rebuild
- Capital Replacement Screen

Our crews perform topside or dry well installation of Siemens Water Technologies aftermarket parts. Screen adjustments are done to OEM factory specifications. On-site dive inspections and repairs can also include the installation of Siemens aftermarket parts. Repairs can be made on-site or screen shipped to one of six authorized regional Siemens Water Technologies Rebuild Facilities.

Intake well cleaning includes:
- Mud, silt and debris removed from the intake
- Trash rakes/bar racks cleaned

Annual Maintenance Contracts can also be offered to:
- Maintain equipment
- Lower operating cost
- Extend equipment life
