We understand the importance that all analytical results accurately reflect the chemical characteristics of each sample analyzed. Our analysts support their data with documentation providing valid records of control measures applied to all factors influencing the final results.

And while our quality assurance program relies mainly on internal control checks and documentation, external controls are also used to evaluate our performance. We annually submit:

• Wisconsin DNR Performance Evaluation (PE) samples for certification
• three sets of Independent QC samples (PET)
• two Potable Water Performance Evaluation Standards (PES)
• two Non-Potable Water PES
