Description

OMINFLO® Sequencing Batch Reactor (SBR)

The OMNIFLO® Sequencing Batch Reactor is a fill-and-draw, non-steady state activated sludge process in which one or more reactor basins are filled with wastewater during a discrete time period and then operated in a batch mode. The system is ideally suited when nitrification, denitrification and biological phosphorous removal are necessary.

Orbal® Multi Channel Oxidation System

The Orbal® multichannel oxidation ditch, as a complete mix, looped reactor system, is well-suited for conventional activated sludge, advanced secondary sludge treatment, simultaneous nitrification-denitrification, biological phosphorus removal and storm water treatment.  It provides energy savings of 30% over conventional aeration.

VertiCel® Aeration System

The VertiCel® system is superior to other aeration technologies because it saves energy and space while producing an unparalleled effluent quality.  It is ideally suited for wastewater treatment plants with process flows above 2 MGD. It provides energy savings of 50% over conventional aeration.

VLR® Loop Reactor

VLR® Systems utilize a vertical loop based design with looped reactors in series that allows DO (dissolved oxygen) stratification.  As such, it is suited for simultaneous nitrification/denitrification, biological phosphorus removal and storm water treatment. It provides energy savings of 30% over conventional aeration.

Description

Crown® Disintegration System

The Crown® Disintegration System is a natural for users that already have anaerobic sludge digestion systems and high volume biogas end-users. The system increases the gas yield from the anaerobic digester by as much as 30%.  At the same time, it reduces sludge for disposal by up to 20%, thus drastically lowering disposal costs.

Dystor® Gas Holding System

The Dystor® system is a digester gas holder design that uses a dome-shaped, engineered membrane system to store methane gas, provide for sludge storage and prevent odors. The system can hold up to three times as much gas as conventional digester covers and consequently maximizes both the energy and cost saving benefits of the process.

Sludge Belt Dryer

The belt dryer offers efficient operation in minimal space. The belt dryer requires a minimal amount of auxiliary systems due to the low operating temperature of the entire system.

J-VAP® Dewatering and Drying System

The J-Vap® dewatering/drying system is an advanced filter press system coupling a specifically designed diaphragm filter process and unique vacuum/evaporation technology. The system can cost-effectively achieve up to 99% solids in one step.
