OMINFLO® Sequencing Batch Reactor (SBR)
The OMNIFLO® Sequencing Batch Reactor is a fill-and-draw, non-steady state activated sludge process in which one or more reactor basins are filled with wastewater during a discrete time period and then operated in a batch mode. The system is ideally suited when nitrification, denitrification and biological phosphorous removal are necessary.
Orbal® Multi Channel Oxidation System
The Orbal® multichannel oxidation ditch, as a complete mix, looped reactor system, is well-suited for conventional activated sludge, advanced secondary sludge treatment, simultaneous nitrification-denitrification, biological phosphorus removal and storm water treatment. Crown® Disintegration System
The Crown® Disintegration System is a natural for users that already have anaerobic sludge digestion systems and high volume biogas end-users. The system increases the gas yield from the anaerobic digester by as much as 30%. At the same time, it reduces sludge for disposal by up to 20%, thus drastically lowering disposal costs.
Dystor® Gas Holding System
The Dystor® system is a digester gas holder design that uses a dome-shaped, engineered membrane system to store methane gas, provide for sludge storage and prevent odors. The system can hold up to three times as much gas as conventional digester covers and consequently maximizes both the energy and cost saving benefits of the process.
